DELIVERY SERVICE

We currently only deliver to mainland UK only and use Royal Mail Tracked service which is a very secure and provides you with with up to date delivery information.

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days unless you have opted for a next day delivery in which case your order will be despatch on the same day if you have placed your order by 12pm or the following working day after 12pm. This will be a Monday If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend.

We offer Free delivery on all orders over the value of £75

The Royal Mail Tracked service means you will be able to track the progress of your parcel as soon as it leaves our warehouse right up to the point of delivery.

You will get text and email notifications and can change delivery options before your delivery is attempted such as where to leave in a safe place or delivery to a neighbour. 

RETURNS SERVICE

We are pretty sure you will love your Red Jasper garments, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange.

Please return items within 28 days in their original condition, this means the item is unworn, undamaged with no marks and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, items that are marked in any way, or considered unsellable, will not be refunded and you will be contacted by our customer service team.

How to return an item 

  • Please email us at customer@redjasper.co.uk with details of the items you wish to return and the reason why. Please also state whether a refund or exchange is required.
  • If you would like an exchange, please add the details of the garment(s) you would like to exchange for. There will be no additional delivery costs for all exchanged items.
  • We will then send you your returns label.
  • Package up your garments for return and affix the label.

Red Jasper aims to be as sustainable as possible; we send out our orders in our eco-friendly paper bags so when making a return to us, we would really appreciate it if you could reuse your paper bag to send your garments back to us if possible.

  • Take your parcel to any Post Office. Please remember to get proof of postage.

*Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our office, therefore please retain your proof of postage. We will email you to confirm receipt of the returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment; the funds will normally appear in your account within 5 - 10 working days depending on your bank. Please note, the delivery charge for sending the order out will not be refunded. We will email you once we have processed your refund.

 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, please email customer@redjasper.co.uk and let us know the garment is faulty and we will contact you to resolve the situation in the best way possible. Please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.
